Juan dela Cruz soundtrack’s Vol. 2 track list revealed!

After its first volume reached the gold record status, ABS-CBN’s Juan dela Cruz is set to launch the second volume of its official soundtrack on July 28, 5 p.m. at the SM North EDSA Skydome.

Released under Star Records, Juan dela Cruz Official Soundtrack Volume 2 features the theme songs of the exciting adventures and touching moments in the life of Philippine TV’s favorite superhero portrayed by Coco Martin.

The track list includes

  • Maghintay Ka Lamang by Roel Manlangit;
  • Sana’y Kapiling Ka by Angeline Quinto;
  • Kaibigan Lang Pala by Liezel Garcia;
  • Buko by Jireh Lim;
  • Ibong Ligaw by Juana Cosme.

Minus ones of the five songs are also part of the album.

Meanwhile, the plot of Juan dela Cruz continues to thicken now that Juan (Coco) has released all the weapons from the cross namely espada ng katapangan, pana ng karunungan, latigo ng katarungan and sibat ng kagitingan. How will Juan fulfill his mission as the Tagabantay when he discovers that he is the one destined to be the Anak ng Dilim?

Will Lea Salonga complete the team ahead of the other coaches of “The Voice of the Philippines”?

The blind auditions are halfway done and coaches Apl de Ap, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, and Ms. Lea Salonga continue their search to complete the 12-artist slots to form their respective teams in the country’s top-rating and weekly Twitter trending singing-reality show, “The Voice of the Philippines.”

Out of the 12 members required per team, Team Apl, Team Sarah, and Team Bamboo already have six artists each, while Team Lea has five. Joining the team of international hiphop sensation Apl are Thor Dulay, Cora Dela Cruz, Lorenzana Siblings, Sir Lord Lumibao, Moira Dela Torre, and Cara Manglapus, while Junji Arias, Eva Delos Santos, Michaellen Temporada, Morisette Amon, Gab Ramos, and Hans Dimayuga join the team of Popstar Royaly Sarah.

Holding the banner of Team Bamboo or also referred to as Camp Kawayan, are Deb Victa, Lee Grane Maranan, Isa Fabregas, Angelique Alcantara, Myk Perez, and the Cordovales Father & Son while artists Taw Muhammad, Chien Berbana, Darryl Shy, Radha, and Mitoy Yonting are proud to be part of Team Lea.

Who among the next batch of artists will make the cut? Which team will complete its members first? The competition definitely heats up every weekend on “The Voice of the Philippines,” Saturdays, 9 PM, and Sundays, 8:15 PM on ABS-CBN.

Alden Richards debut album Track List revealed!

GMA young leading man Alden Richards admits that his debut album under Universal Records speaks a lot about him.

The album, which includes his cover of memorable hits – Shamrock’s Haplos, Rey Valera’s Naaalala Ka, Itwchyworm’s Akin Ka Na Lang, among others, is a testament to Alden’s young romantic side.

The album was launched at the Trinoma Activity Center, where his fans tropped and proved that indeed Alden is one of the most bankable stars of the Kapuso Network.

“I really am very thankful that people went out to support me,” says the Kapuso star. “I have given everything I have for this project.”

Thankfully, Alden’s album zoomed to the top of the Astrovision/Astroplus music charts after only a week after its release.

Alden expressed gratitude towards Universal Records bosses for the opportunity – General Manager Kathleen Dy-Go, Operations Director Peter Chan, and producer Ito Rapadas, who made sure that Alden’s voice in tip-top shape for the recording.

The album’s debut single Haplos instantly rose to the top of the MyMusicStore charts and is now a part of the series Mundo Mo’y Akin as its love theme. Alden also has an original song in the album – the romantic Sa Aking Tabi by Vince Katindoy, composer of Ngiti.

Sam Concepcion newest single ‘No Limitations’ tops MyMusicStore Charts!

After years of waiting, Sam Concepcion’s newest single “No Limitations” has been released digitally two weeks ago. Currently, the song is on its second week at the top of the MyMusicStore charts.

In No Limitations, Sam Concepcion sheds his squeaky clean, boy-next-door image and exhibited his maturity as a performer and recording artist.

“Everyone has seen me as the young song and dance guy, model youth, among others,” says Sam. “Now, is the time that they get to know the more mature ME with an edgier sound.”

No Limitations is a collaboration between Sam and composers Billy Crawford, Kris Lawrence, and Marcus Davis.

“I enjoyed working on this song because I was guided by some of the most gifted artists in the country,” explains Sam. “This is the new Sam Concepcion with No Limitations.”

Sam’s upcoming album will be released next month, under Universal Records.

KZ Tandingan’s Self-Titled Debut Album Out Now, Track List revealed!

X Factor Philippines” Season 1 grand winner KZ Tandingan reaches a new milestone in her singing career, with the release of her first ever self-titled album under Star Records. KZ is set to captivate everyone with her laid back voice and out of the ordinary yet familiar soothing sound.

Featured in KZ’s ten-track album is her carrier single “Puro Laro,” and the songs “Umiibig,” “Darating Din,” “Bakit Lumuluha,” “Killing Me Softly,” “Un-Love You,” the A Beautiful Affair soundtrack “Wag Ka Nang Umiyak,” the Himig Handog P-Pop Love Songs Songs 2013 fourth placer “Scared to Death,” and the song “Love Love Love” which was composed by KZ herself.
According to KZ, her goal as a musician is to bring change in people’s lives. “As a singer, I really want to touch the hearts of everyone. I want them to feel the soul of a song and affect their lives in a good way through my music,” she said.

Alyssa Quijano’s name is again searchable, thanks to GF Charice!

It must be love, Charice and Alyssa Quijano were spotted together both wearing promise rings, it is their token of commitment to their relationship.

Charice also revealed that the tattoo she had last March is dedicated to Allyssa:

The tattoo reads: “LET’S START WITH FOREVER”.

Charice considers her as her girlfriend, sister and best friend all rolled into one:

The 24-year-old Kapamilya singer met with Viva Entertainment officials and producers, including MG Mozo, Guia Ferrer and Civ Fontanilla, on Thursday to discuss her upcoming record, accompanied by her father Delfin.
