Good vs Evil in Wansapanataym this Saturday!

Ella Cruz, Francis Magundayao and Bugoy Cariño  will join forces tonight in the finale episode of ABS-CBN’s Wansapanataym Presents Oh My Genius!.

Now that Mr. Choo (Dennis Padilla) is using his extraordinary mind power to deceive others, Edison (Bugoy) will be forced to use his own power to stop the evil plans of Benson’s (Francis) father. What will Minnie (Ella) and Benson do to help Edison win his battle with Mr. Choo? Will they finally realize the importance of contentment and hard work when their super powers begin to ruin their relationship with their friends and family?

Also in the cast are Meryll Soriano, Igi Boy Flores, Jason Francisco, Jairus Aquino, Daisy Cariño and Noemie Oineza. Oh My Genius! is written by Noreen Capili and Ferdinand Aguas and directed by Erick Salud.

Bugoy Cariño’s turn on “Wansapanataym” this Saturday!

After being hailed as the Best Supporting Actor in ASEAN International Film Festival for the independent film “Alagwa,” Kapamilya child wonder Bugoy Carino will showcase his acting skills once again this Saturday (April 6) as he teaches his fellow kids an important lesson on taking good care of animals in ABS-CBN’s award-winning fantasy-drama anthology “Wansapanataym.”

In an episode titled ‘Finding Nilo,’ Bugoy will portray the role of Nilo, a child who is punished to become fish after accidentally stepping on a dakuwaka—a rare kind of fish which believed to be the guardian of the sea.

In order for him to return to his normal self once again, Nilo must go on a mission to save the mother dakuwaka from the researchers who captured her. In the end, will Nilo and the scientists finally learn to value animals and realize the importance of taking good care of them?

Joining Bugoy in ‘Finding Nilo’ are Nikki Valdez, Ella Cruz, Noel Trinidad, Boboy Garovillo, Malou Crisologo, Arnold Reyes and Elaine Quemel. This story about true friendship was written by Michelle Cruz and directed by Jon ‘Sponky’ Villarin. Bugoy Cariño Learns the Meaning of True Love from ‘E-Boy’!

ABS-CBN’s top-rating Primetime Bida teleserye “E-Boy” continues to instill different life lessons and values on viewers as the show entered its final week.

It has captured the hearts and minds not only of its avid viewers but its whole cast as well.

“Because of ‘E-Boy,’ I’ve learned about the importance of family, unconditional love and the will to do whatever it takes for the sake of your loved ones,” Agot Isidro said. In fact, even the hearts of her co-actors Ariel Riveraand Jomari Yllana were also moved with the message that the drama series wanted to impart on its viewers.

At such a young age, Kapamilya childstars Bugoy Cariño and Deydey Amansec, on the other hand, learned the true meaning of love from the different exciting adventures that their characters E-Boy and Miyo had experienced in the series. According to Bugoy, “I have learned from “E-Boy” that anyone has the capacity to do anything if there is love.”

On “E-Boy’s” last week, tension arises as the characters help each other hand in hand to stop Miguel’s (Jomari) evil plans. Will Miguel finally succeed in getting his hands on E-Boy? Can Gabriel (Ariel) sacrifice E-Boy to save his wife Ria (Agot)? What will E-Boy and Megabot do to prevent Miguel’s plans from prevailing?

“E-Boy” is a part of ABS-CBN’s “Bida Best Kid” campaign launched recently that aims to empower children by encouraging them to become who they want to be and the best that they can be. ‘E-Boy’ Premieres at No. 1 Nationwide!

The pilot episode of ABS-CBN’s newest Primetime Bida series, “E-Boy” was the most watched TV program last Monday, January 30.

The said drama series topbilled by MMFF 2011 Best Child Performer Bugoy Cariño, was no.1 in the overall top programs list of Kantar Media with the national TV rating of 28.1%. It registered a 10-point difference compared with its rival program in GMA, “Munting Heredera,” which only got 18.8%.

Follow the heartwarming story of “E-Boy”, a child robot who was given human characteristics that led him to a journey where he will learn what being human is all about. Through his real-life experiences, he will realize that being human isn’t just about having flesh and blood, but more importantly, it is about being part of a family, building friendships, and loving unconditionally.
