Our team is thankful for the appreciation of award-giving bodies to our work because it is the validation of ‘Bottomline’s’ success. I am truly fulfilled,” said Boy about the Best Talk Show award given by the 35th Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA) and the Best Public Affairs Program from 27th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Television
Boy was also named by PMPC as Best Public Affairs Program Host and Hall of Fame awardee after winning the Best Male Celebrity-Oriented Show Host category 15 times for the past years.
“People always ask me if I am already used to receiving awards. I always say, no. Because every recognition serves as an inspiration for us to start a new journey in making our program more meaningful,” said the award-winning TV host.
Meanwhile, Boy will offer a special episode in “Bottomline” this Saturday (November 30) featuring his trip to his hometown Borongan, Eastern Samar after it was hit by super typhoon Yolanda.
